Workshop Pendataan Program BOS 2011




BOS (School Operational Assistance) is a government program to provide funding for operating costs nonpersonalia basic education unit as the executor of compulsory education.
Compulsory education is itself a mandate of Law Number 20 Year 2003 regarding National Education System. Article 34 paragraph 2 of the Act states that the government and local governments guarantee the implementation of compulsory education at least at the basic education free of charge, while at paragraph 3 states that compulsory education is the responsibility of the state are held by government institutions, local governments, and community .

Program Goals and Great Assistance

BOS is the program targets all primary and junior high schools, including junior (SMPT) and Place of Self-Study Activities (TKBM) held by the community, both public and private sectors in all provinces in Indonesia. Pursue Program Package A and Package B does not include the target of this BOS program.

Large unit costs BOS received by the school, including for BOS Book in fiscal year 2011, calculated based on the number of students with the following provisions:

1. SD / SDLB in town: IDR 400.000, -/siswa/tahun
2. SD / SDLB in the district: Rp 397,000, -/siswa/tahun
3. SMP / SMPLB / SMPT in town: IDR 575.000, -/siswa/tahun
4. SMP / SMPLB / SMPT in the district: Rp 570,000, -/siswa/tahun

Reporting Use of BOS

Given the scale of the budget are disbursed to the BOS for the government should have a reporting system that is credible and transparent. For this problem the Directorate General of Primary Education initiative to make the reporting of the BOS funds through web technology. Being real is the creation of a web of BOS (http://bos.kemdiknas.go.id). By leveraging existing data center in Pustekkom the web since late August 2011 the boss is already active and accessible.

To socialize the web is the Directorate General of Basic Education conducted a workshop BOS data collection program conducted in 4 cities: Jakarta, Batam, Surabaya and Makassar. Workshop in Bandung and Batam was held on 7-9 September 2011, while for Surabaya and Makassar will be held on 13-15 September. Participants are workers who have been designated BOS data from the respective District Education Office and cities throughout Indonesia.

Workshop in Batam was opened by Director General Prof. Dikdas. Suyanto, PhD, accompanied by Director of Coaching junior Didik Suhardi, SH, M. Si Participants in Batam is the official data from the districts / cities in Sumatra. Workshop in Bandung was opened by the Set. Directorate General of Basic Education Dr. Bambang Indriyanto accompanied by the Director of Development Prof. SD. Dr. Ibrahim Bafadal, M.Pd. Workshop participants at Bandung is a data clerk of the district / city in the area of ​​Java and Borneo.

The hope of course is a good pemanfataan ICT (especially the internet) reporting use of funds can be more transparent and credible, and if this happens then the image of the Ministry of National Education will increase. Education is clean and free of corruption is a dream for all human education in Indonesia. Hopefully Kemdiknas can be a pioneer in the clean governance and mandate.
