In certain circumstances there are some women
 who experience bleeding after intercourse. Bleeding after
intercourse (post coital bleeding / PCB) is generally caused by two
things, the issue of the cervix (cervical) and bleeding in the lining of
 the uterus (endometrium). Can also occur due to
erosion in the vagina due to first-time sex-related or not too often
that the vagina is narrow, resulting in penetration (penis into the
vagina), especially when women are still not fully aroused can cause
friction resulting in cuts or abrasions.
Some other causes of bleeding after intercourse are:
    * Inflammation of the cervix
(neck of the womb) in which sexual relations can cause bleeding. This
 condition is called cervical erosion, a common occurrence in young
women, pregnant women, and those taking the contraceptive pill
    * Polyps cervical or
 uterine polyps. These
polyps are generally benign
    * Infection with
chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomonas, and yeast (Sexually Transmitted
Infection) Vaginitis atrophy commonly occurs due to estrogen deficiency,
 especially in postmenopausal women. The lack of mucus in the vagina
causes sexual relations become painful and can bleed
    * Cancer of the cervix
    * Cervical Dysplasia. Precancerous
 changes in cervical cancer. The risk
of infection increases with a history of previous sexual, sexual
intercourse before the age of 18, gave birth to a child before age 16
years
    * Uterine myomas are benign
tumors that originate from the muscular wall of the uterus
The cervix is the lowest part of the uterus
 that protrudes into the top hole intercourse. The length of the cervix
approximately 1 / 3 of the length of the uterus as a whole, and has
channels in it that connects the cavities in the body of the uterus and
vagina intercourse.
Bleeding
from the cervix may occur because of lesions on the cervix. According
 to the study, 49 percent of doctors gynecologists in the UK will
perform PAP smear test repeated if the patient complained of PCBs. Several studies based
on colposcopy examination found a woman who is normal PAP test results
but having PCBs typically have abnormal cervical cells.
In some women, bleeding after sex is also
caused due to an ectopic pregnancy (a fertilized ovum attaches outside
the uterus). Attachment that can occur in the
fallopian tubes, ovaries, or cervix.
When the
uterine lining less stable, then the appearance of spots or blood spots
after intercourse more easily occur. Women who use hormonal contraceptives can
also cause the uterine lining less stable. Another problem that often occurs in the presence of cervical
polyps. If
polyps are touched by a penis, finger, or of sex toys (sex toys), it
will cause the blood out. Consult the nearest health
care provider if you experience bleeding after sex (Post coital
Bleeding).
